Yes! Call transcription is available on Business plan and above. Calls are automatically transcribed to text, making them searchable. Currently supports English, Hindi, and 8 other Indian languages.

How are call recordings stored?

All recordings are stored securely on our cloud servers with 256-bit encryption. Growth plan includes 30 days of storage, Business plan and above get unlimited storage. You can download recordings anytime.

What's the call quality like?

We use enterprise-grade VoIP infrastructure with 99.9% uptime. HD voice quality on both ends. Calls are routed through the nearest data center for lowest latency. Most customers report crystal-clear audio quality.

Can I increase the 10 outbound calls per agent limit?
